“AI on AI: Ethical and Practical use of Generative AI in Real Estate Appraisal”
At the General Assembly in Riga on 23rd May, I said that training in AI literacy is not just a question of enhancing TEGOVA’s Minimum Educational Requirements; it also requires that TEGOVA’s 70 000 valuers have access to quality training. With this in mind, we engaged in a cooperation with the U.S. Appraisal Institute giving TEGOVA members access to a seven-hour seminar “AI on AI: Ethical and Practical use of Generative AI in Real Estate Appraisal” at a special TEGOVA rate of USD 99 for the entire seven hours.
On 1 July, the seminar became available via the TEGOVA website homepage. On the same day, the July issue of European Valuer Journal was published with an editorial containing a review of the extraordinary usefulness and didacticism of the seminar.
At its meeting of 7 July, the TEGOVA Board decided to simplify access by adding to the TEGOVA homepage, on top of the ‘News’ item, a separate entry with less explanation but direct access to registration and payment.
